(B:) 1 1/2 c red grapes, 1 orange, 4 pieces pineapple
(L:) Butternut squash with grapes, sage and onions (leftovers), 1 oz cashews raw
(D:) Butternut squash, same as above, green smoothie made with KALE :o) and one Boca Burger (last one in the box, thank God... otherwise I would eat one every day!)


My first KALE smoothie! I froze the Kale and everyone was right, you can't taste it! It IS better than Romaine! Great day!
