Weight: 281.2 (Aunt Flo came to visit today)
(B:) 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 oz smoked almonds (with salt... sigh)
(L:) 2 c African Peanut Stew, a few more smoked almonds
(D:) 2 c chili , 1 smoothie with 2 cups kale, 1 banana, vanilla, pom juice, and soy milk
I obviously ate too many nuts today, including the peanut butter in the African Stew. (1/4 c in 6-8 servings). I am also bloated.
