(B:) 1 banana, carrots, one orange
(L:) Giant salad at Sweet tomatoes salad bar. I had mixed greens, radishes, yellow squash, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, red beans, garbanzo beans, carrots, peas, corn, green pepper, raspberry vinegar, and a baked potato.
(D:) Leftover Butternut squash, 1 sweet potato. Little bit of cashews.
I ate too much starchy stuff today. One regular potato, one sweet potato, and butternut squash. But I did have a giant salad. I am not having a smoothie today.

a good place now. My weight is stable, my eating is stable, my health is
