Weight: 280 (sigh)

(B:) 2 small apples
(L:) 1 oz cashews, 1/4c humus, 1 whole grain flatbread
(D:) 2 c lentil stew, 2 oz nuts

I did badly today. Just very frustrated. I ate way too many nuts.
