3-8-09

Weight: 280 (26 pounds gone!)

(B:) Slept righ through it
(L:) 3/4 c carrots, 1 apple, 1 sweet potato
(D:) Pater Paneer from Gokul. I am so mad at myself. I had this dish from Gokul. It was great, but had a homemade cheese in it. I ate all of it. :o( Probably gain some weight back, now. Also going to have a green smoothie with kale, bananas, pom juice, and soy milk.
