Weight: 279.4 Hurray!
I'm so happy to have broken the 280 barrier. I find that I am not eating enough raw veggies these days. Plan to boost my raw veggie munchin!
(B:) 1 banana, 1 apple
(L:) 1 piece Manna whole grain bread, 2 c lentil stew
(D:) 1 oz cashews, 1 baked sweet potato, 1 smoothie with 2 c kale, 1 c mixed fruit, 1 banana, 1/4c soy milk, 1/4 c pom juice
