I will not be updating my eating plan daily. I am using a program on my computer to keep track, and I don't want to write this in two places. I will be updating about once a week to talk about how I am doing, posting my weight, and sharing my thoughts and feelings about my journey.

Weight: Unknown - I was out of town yesterday and returned today. Took my son to visit a college. While gone (noon Friday to 4pm Saturday) I had three bananas, 1 apple, and one salad. I was starving when I got back! This is a tiny little town with NO compatible restaurants. Luckily I brought a little food. When I got home I had Indian so I feel full. :o)

I went to the gym today and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 4.5 incline at 3mph. I burned 208 calories. I feel really good about going.
