Weight: 280.4
Was really disappointed with my weight today. I have been this weight for two weeks, and it is very frustrating. Made a post on ETL web sight which prompted me to look at my weight history. I was 285 on March 1, and 280 today, so I still lost 5 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks which isn't bad, I guess.
(B:) 1 banana, 1 green apple, 1/2 oz almonds
(L:) 1 1/2 c lentil soup, 1 green smoothie (2 c kale, 1 banana, 1/4 c vanilla soy milk, 1/4 c pom juice, 1 c mixed fruit with mango, peaches, strawberries.) 1/2 oz almonds
(D:) 1/4c humos, 1 piece whole grain flatbread
In my last post I said I was counting calories or doing some form of
portion control to keep myself from overeating. Well I'm not anymore.
