(L:) African Stew (1 3/4 c), green smoothie, 1 cup chopped kale, 1 banana, 1/4c pom juice, 1/4 c soy milk, little vanilla. Small smoothie!
(D:) 1/2 c african stew, 1 cup chili, roasted brussel sprouts (yum!), water, 1 oz cashews.
I am so bloated from my aunt flo!
