(L:) Ate at Chevys. Had their vegetable fajitas. I did not eat the tortillas. I had double veggies, and double black beans (which ended up being about 3/4c) There was probably oil on the veggies. I also had a plain baked potato. I'm guessing the oiled the skin. I didn't eat the skin, but I am pretty sure some of the oil soaked into the potato. So, while I made the best choice I could, I probably had too much oil.
